He is 71 years old and has in his career with recognized films such as Daddy (1989), Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin (1991) and, his greatest commercial success, Sadak (1991). After twenty years of being out of business, the director returns with a sequel to his most popular feature film.
Sadak 2 will star Sanjay Dutt, Pooja Bhatt, Alia Bhatt, and Aditya Roy Kapur. It shows an aging and depressed Ravi (the protagonist of Sadak) who helps a young couple confront a curious and evil enemy.
